Guild Main 25 man Raid will be on Tuesday ~ Thursday 7:30 PM to approx. 10:30 or 11:00 PM. Can you make it for all 3 of the raid days? If not which day you will not be here and how often is that?	Can make any and all raid times.
Raid experience (Pre BC, BC, WOTLK):	Full raid experience in Vanilla, including 40 man Naxxramas. Full clear on all BC content. Quit shortly after for a few months, and started playing again right before WotLK. As WotLK goes, I have experience in every raid. I just recently came back after being gone for 3 months, and got into 25-ToC.

Big Wigs or Deadly Boss Mod, Ventrillo, and Omen are required to raid. Do you have them? If no, is it a problem getting them.	Have all, including a mic.
What is your favorite addon?and why?	Fatality. Posts to raid chat when someone dies and what they died from. Sick of those kids that tell you they died to tank losing aggro when they really died of their own stupidity to a void zone or something similiar.
Do you know anyone from Knights of Sangraal who would speak highly of you? If so, who are they and how do you know them? :	Not really sure.
Please list last 3 guilds and your reasons for leaving (include server transfers and name changes)	Most Recent - Sanguinans (I left for 3 months shortly after joining this guild, and as a result of this, there was a personal issue that I really couldn't deal with.) Second Most Recent - Rampage (I don't really remember the basis of my leaving, I recall having an altercation about the guild structure/organization that ultimately led to my leaving.) Before that - Hunt You Down ( I was the GM for this guild, and I was a bit fed up with guild drama. Tired of the whole GM, watch the kids, keep them in line bit, and I just wanted to be a regular player.)
Why do you want to join Knights of Sangraal and what do you think you can contribute to the guild? Please be detailed. This is the most important question.	Seems like a pretty solid guild. I'm looking for a positive raiding environment where people are competent and don't need their hands held. I don't want to feel like the people in my raid group need to be taught how to play. Basically, I'm looking for a guild with a raid base that I can blend into. As far as what I can bring to the guild, well I'm a very experienced and knowledgeable player. I'm very active, and it's doubtful I will miss any raid that I commit to. I've put alot of work into my character, and I try to maximize the potential of my class, which helps me perform in raid situations.
